Privacy policy

Last updated: June 2026

This page explains what data we collect when you use Betwinner Gambia, why we collect it and what control you have over it. We've kept it in plain language rather than burying it in legal jargon.

What we collect

When you open an account we ask for the basics: your name, phone number, date of birth and currency. To verify the account and process payouts, we may also need ID and proof of address. On top of that, like most sites, we log technical things automatically, such as your device type, browser and rough location, mostly to keep the account secure and the site working.

Why we use it

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your settings and understand how the site gets used so we can fix what's clunky. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though a couple of things may stop working smoothly if you do.

Who sees your data

We don't sell your data. We share it only where we have to: with payment providers to move money, with verification partners to confirm identity, and with authorities if the law requires it. Anyone we work with is held to the same standard we set ourselves.

How long we keep it

We hold account data for as long as your account is open, and for a period afterwards where regulations make us. After that it's deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold on you, have mistakes corrected, or request that we delete it where we're allowed to. Just message us from the contact page and we'll sort it out.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and move the date at the top. Worth a glance now and then if privacy matters to you.
