Betting is meant to be a bit of fun on top of the football, not a way to make money or dig yourself out of a hole. For most people it stays that way. For some it doesn't, and the point of this page is to lay out the tools we have and where to turn if things stop feeling right.
No exceptions. We ask for ID during verification, and any account that turns out to belong to someone under 18 gets closed with the funds returned where required. If a young person in your house could get to your phone, lock the app behind a passcode.
You don't have to wait until there's a problem to use these. Plenty of people set limits on day one and never touch them again.

If any of that rings a bell, set a limit today or take a time-out. There's no shame in it, and it's a lot easier than waiting until it's worse.
If betting has stopped being fun, talking to someone outside it helps more than people expect. BeGambleAware and Gambling Therapy both offer free, confidential support and online chat in several languages. Our own support team can also help you set limits or self-exclude, and you can always reach them from the contact page.
Keep it fun. Bet what you can afford to lose, and walk away while you're still enjoying it.
